CIRCE is a private Foundation, created in 1993 by the University of Zaragoza, the Regional Government of Aragón and the Endesa Group.
In 2009 the University of Zaragoza -CIRCE Mixed University Research Institute was constituted.
Mission: To drive forward improvements in resource efficiency and to spread the use of renewable energy by means of the development of R+D+i activities and training actions that respond to the needs of national and international producers, thereby contributing to sustainable development.
